Very satisfying experience I stopped by the Acura dealership only to check out the RLX model to see if it would be a good replacement some day for my 2009 Acura TL. I wanted a f I stopped by the Acura dealership only to check out the RLX model to see if it would be a good replacement some day for my 2009 Acura TL. I wanted a full size comfortable car for extensive highway driving. While a new one was not available to look at. Jason, the salesman who greeted me, showed me a 2014 they had been using as a courtesy car. Jason did a great job showing me the car, explaining all it's features, and answering my questions. I returned 2 days later with my wife to test drive it. We both loved the car. It was very smooth, very quiet, very roomy, and very comfortable. It also had many extra features that added to the driving experience. The usually dreadful negotiation process was more satisfying than I expected. The dealership offered a fair trade in value for my TL and came off their list price such that we felt like it was a very good value for the money; a win-win for both of us. We returned a couple of days later to pick the car up. The dealership did an excellent job prepping the car, it was like new. They gave us a personal training session to explain all the features and how to operate them. Overall, a very satisfying experience! The drive back to our home in NH was everything I imagined and then some. This RLX is by far the nicest and most luxurious car I have ever owned!! More
