Easy Trade We were at the end of a three year lease on an MDX. It was the first time we had leased a vehicle. Ryan Barker had contacted me several months before We were at the end of a three year lease on an MDX. It was the first time we had leased a vehicle. Ryan Barker had contacted me several months before the lease was to expire to talk about trade-in and other options. We waited until the end of the lease term and Ryan got everything ready for a swap of vehicles and a new lease in about an hour - and that included test driving and learning the features on the new model. The only hold up was that the dealership did not have the color we wanted in stock. We met with Ryan on Saturday afternoon and on Monday he called and said the exact model we wanted was ready. We came in and signed the lease and were on our way. It could not have been any easier. Would definitely recommend Mungenast Acura for a lease or purchase. No gimmicks, no games. Good, honest service. More
Top service standard set by Mungenast Acura service I have owned 2 RLs, my daughter drives a MDX, my son has an Accord and my wife drives a Lexus RX330. There is no way anyone else will touch my cars. Ryan Syberg always goes above and beyond his responsibilities to take care of me. The professionalism he provides should set the standard for everyone in the automotive industry. Ryan is teamed up with Steve Moss. Steve is brilliant and talented in diagnosing along with making sure my cars are 100%. Between the two teaming up my first RL I sold it with 330,000 miles and it. It's still running! and my current RL has 190,000 miles on it and I hoping to hit 400,000+! Why would I go anywhere else. More
Trouble with tire I had a light go on my dashboard saying that one of my tires had trouble. I called Mungenast Acura and they got me in to the shop in 15 minutes. The I had a light go on my dashboard saying that one of my tires had trouble. I called Mungenast Acura and they got me in to the shop in 15 minutes. They did some troubleshooting and found out I had a nail in the tire and promptly fixed it. We had three vehicles picked out with in the first 25 minutes from our arrival. I test drove all of them. We returned the 4th, 5th, and on the 6th of June I purchased the Acura TL. Tom Kells answered all our question and explained in a very kind and professional manner the differences between the vehicles. We were so pleased with the experience we decided to buy a second vehicle Nissan Altima the same day. Tom your the best. Tim Sampson the Finance Manger made the finance part of the transaction enjoyable as well. No one likes spending money when your on a budget. Thanks for being so pleasant. Abby Carpenter and her smile was wonderful at explaining all the freatures of my Acura TL. Abby knew the vehicle very well and took all the worry away. Thanks! The follow up the next Tuesday with Brian Cook and Tom Kells again was great as well, when they opened my car door for me they addressed me by name, which is very good Customer Service. Jason Sherrill introduced himself and went on a test drive with me. He really knows his stuff- a genuine car guy, which I really appreciate. He made sure I considered the needs of my wife, who wasn't present, so I switched gears and decided to lease the RDX. Later, Jason picked me up at the airport so I could return my rental and drove me back to the dealership to take delivery after handling the paperwork with Tim in Finance. All of this was very pleasant and conducted in plain English. I'm glad I took the lost key protection since I know the new smartkeys cost a small fortune to replace. I feel like I got a great, reliable vehicle for the right price. Meredith did a great job helping me dial in all the gadgetry (seat memory, synch phones, garage opener, etc.) and I'm altogether pleased with the whole combination of consulting and service.
