Even though we had done our research and had a good idea of what we wanted, Karsten assured us of our choices by reviewing several pros and cons and making sure we were aware of recent changes. Tom Chaney was equally helpful on the financial side. And Meredith Chaney did a great job of showing us how to use the new features on our MDX, answering our questions, and making us feel more than welcome to call if we have future questions. Easy breezy car buying I have been out of the car market for over a decade. My wife needed a car so we went shopping. When it was all said and done we both drove away in ( our new ) cars. Toms Kells helpful, no pressure, and patient approach kept me interested and kept me from fleeing the scene. Tom insisted we take the cars home and see how they fit. He worked with us regarding my wife's trade-in that by the way would have to be towed in, which they did, AFTER the sale. As far as car salesmen go Tom raises the bar and I would recommend him to anyone. Overall the experience was light hearted and enjoyable yes I said enjoyable. My wife and I even got a kick out of the finance manager Tim Sampson who blended humor with the finance (very hard to do). My wife returned her car to have window tinting applied. When she arrived they waved her in said Welcome Mrs. Bl--- as if they were expecting her.. I thought you only got that kind of treatment at a Rolls Royce dealer. More

The sales rep, Yacek, was really helpful. He was very patient with our questions, and he fully answered all of the questions we had as well as several that we hadn't thought to ask. He was very comfortable to talk with. It really felt like sitting there exploring the pros and cons of various vehicles, accessory options, financing options and long term care with my brother instead of with an employee. My wife and I are thrilled with the deal we received. We bought our first Acura here six years ago, and we will come back here for our next vehicle, as well.
