Way beyond hopeful expectations The sales rep Karsten noticed my dents on the existing accura and suggested we talk with service to see which dents were covered on my ding policy. Horrible Experience Selling Car Horrible experience selling car to them. I had an agreement to sell my TL. I called on Tuesday to let salesman know I'd be in on Friday to sign titl Horrible experience selling car to them. I had an agreement to sell my TL. I called on Tuesday to let salesman know I'd be in on Friday to sign title and hand over keys. Showed up with my wife on Friday afternoon. Signed all paperwork and gave them the keys. Was then told that I would not be able to get a check until Monday. Was purchasing a truck from another dealership on Saturday and using the sale of TL as a down payment. We were told the manager had just left and a no one would be able to sign a check until Monday. I gave 4 days notice of when I'd be in. Even game an hour window of the time I would be in. There is no reason a check could not have been prepared and waiting. Been satisfied customer for 13 years. Will not do business with again. Went to Frank Leta Acura and received a check that night. Wonderful experience at that dealership. More
