My wife and I walked through the lot on a Sunday; found a 2017 Santa Fe SE that was all we wanted except Sim Thomas was a true pleasure to work with. Came back on Monday, was introduced to Sim and asked if they might have a 2017 Santa Fe SE coming to the dealership in the near future that was a Regal Red Pearl w/ beige leather. They did not, but Sim immediately got with a manager and located what we wanted in Dalton, Georgia. Murfreesboro Hyundai made an offer including my trade-in; I made a counter offer and as they say "the rest is history". They drove to Dalton the next day and brought back our car. No haggling, no hassles, just prompt, courteous, and professional service. Also, T.J. McAlpin, finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with; very knowlegable, efficient, and never stopped smiling. Sim called and e-mailed me the next day to make sure everything was alright and to tell me I had left my golf umbrella in my trade-in.
