I have had my oil changed at Nye twice. The last oil change they spilled oil on the engine and insinuated that I added oil and the spilled oil was my doing.I have never added oil to the veh The last oil change they spilled oil on the engine and insinuated that I added oil and the spilled oil was my doing.I have never added oil to the vehicle. It has about 16500 miles on it. It's a 2025 that I purchased new in April 2025. They failed to fix rear liftgate hands free opition again. They charged me almost $200 to remove mud from the sensor. There was another issue with it the last time it wasn't fixed. Almost $200 to remove mud off a sensor and IT STIIL DOESN'T work!!! If I could give them zero stars...I would. More

The salesman was very personal and good. I made a deal in a short amount of time, but had to wait close to an hour for the financial manager to meet me. Delivery was on the last day of the month and was busy. I had an appointment for delivery and this took longer than expected. The vehicle was cleaned but I have high expectations due to the fact that my first job was a new car prep at a dealership. If I was running the dealership my manager would be more involved in the process both sales and delivery. More
