My Salesman, Emaj Smith was very knowledgeable about the product that he was selling. He was very helpful making me comfortable with what I was buying. Being able to show me The new technology in the truck product that he was selling. He was very helpful making me comfortable with what I was buying. 1. The invoice did not reflect the correct hourly rate. The invoice was 159.00 an hour but the actual amount was 199.00, very strange. 2. Three weeks and still on going, trying to get an hourly break down for the Geico Claims adjuster. 4. The shop noted a loose bolt in the running board, but could not take the time to tighten it. Bizarre, took me 2 minutes to tighten the bolt. 5. Spent 4,500.00 $ and they didn't even wash the vehicle. At least when you buy an KIA, they wash and vacuum even just for an oil change. More
