Brought my gladiator in for a faulty fuel filler neck and they didn't fix anything. Said it was normal to have the gas pump stop at 18 gallons even though it has a 22 gallon tank. Nye is an excellent dealer. This 2026 Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 is actually my second Jeep Willys. There are four dealers in my area, one was ruled out based on their lack of foll This 2026 Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 is actually my second Jeep Willys. There are four dealers in my area, one was ruled out based on their lack of follow up during my last search for my previous Willys. I spoke with the other three dealers extensively. One of those dealers was completely ruled out because they were the lowest offer on my trade-in and gave me misleading false information that (unknowingly to them) I had already researched and confirmed. It then came down to Nye and one other jeep dealer. I had a great conversation with Rich at Nye that was very detailed and productive and brought us closer to an agreement. Without that conversation, things might’ve been different. Although it was close, Nye edged out the other dealer with a slightly better deal and a much more pleasant experience- so I went with Nye. It is important to note that my credit is excellent, and as always, I told each dealer I was 100% ready to buy immediately. I was even already approved by my bank for the loan. It amazes me how I go through the same process every time. If a dealer can’t sell me a vehicle when I am absolutely ready to buy (Immediately) it’s hard for me to understand how they can stay in business. I always compromise as long as the deal is fair. I have purchased a new vehicle on average every 3 to 5 years since 1977. There are dealers in this area that have lost a lot of sales from me and my immediate and extended family. In fact, I am already on the search for my wife’s next new car and guess where we m not going! Here we go again! More
