I've made 3 visits to the dealership at 40 miles each. Currently they're awaiting parts which will require another visit. The first time I was told it was a condensate leak when it was an obvious oil/refr Currently they're awaiting parts which will require another visit. The first time I was told it was a condensate leak when it was an obvious oil/refrigerant leak.i have over 45 years in HVAC trade and I know the difference between condensate and oil leaks. The representatives who check you in have been very courteous and helpful and its not their fault. With a little effort,the mechanic should have found this obvious apparently common problem More

Got me in quick for an inspection but it took over an hour to complete. Only wish they would schedule these quicker services when they can do it more quickly.
