My Review of Nalley Acura :
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned TL. When I got home after picking up the car I realized the inside of the car was very dirty. I found old bank papers in seat pockets. I told the sales rep wht I found and the reponse was 'Well I checked it". I guess he checked it in the dark.
When I was shopping for car I was told intrest rate would be 8-12%. When I returned to pick up car I was told the APR could be 3.9% BUT I FOUND OTEHR FINANCING BASED ON PREVIOUSLY QUOTED RATES.
I sent a letter stating my dissatisfaction but no one responded. I even spoke with Acura, they spoke to this dealer and the dealer still did not respond to me.

It is a great car but the puchase experience stinks.
