Jim Sells (salesman) and Gary Burtch (Sales manager) were both responsive, professional and incredibly enthusiastic and proud of their products. I was able to coordinate the purchase over the phone and in email while I was traveling out of town for work and they were extremely respectful of my time. I scheduled a test drive and they were waiting for me when I arrived with the car and the keys. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience fun for me. I believe I got a great deal on the car I left extremely happy. I financed part of the purchase and worked with Susan Chow in the finance department and she was great. I did end up extending my maintenance plan because I've been burned in the past by BMW when my warranty expired. I'm sure Clark Howard would yell at me, but I felt it was the right decision for me and Susan was great at explaining the different options. After receiving the price info, I went by the dealership, was assigned to Bruce and he I drove it. Immediately afterwards I decided to purchase. From arriving at the dealership to leaving in my new car, the entire process took about 3 hours. I was very pleased with the experience. They even stayed an hour after the dealership closed to ensure that I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially the use of the internet sales process. More

The overall experience was not bad. Ken is a no hassle car salesperson, which I appreciated. The down side was that after hearing that I was definately buying from them, we were left twice while he went car salesperson, which I appreciated.
