Sir, the only disrespect shown was on your part when you hung the phone up on a customer. You will continue to receive bad reviews from myself and anyone else who is treated that way by you in the future. I have no plans on discussing it with you further, as I already know you are a man who has no intentions of honoring the deal that was made. You say you pride yourself on making sure each customer is aware of what they are signing. This simply isn't the case, as the 30 day expiration was never discussed, and the page on which it was written was one of over 50 pages in my packet. Dewjuan was wonderful, but explicitly stated that WHENEVER I decided to install the upgrades, to go CSP. The man at CSP was also stunned you would not re-write the we-owe as he said that happens often and it's something the GM usually just reissues. I have come to terms that it is simply an issue with your character, and will not contact you further. Good luck with your future endeavors, I am a true believe in what goes around comes around.
