I actually went to the dealership just to look at Toyota but when Christ showed me an SUV Mitsubishi I knew it was mine lol. Christ was wonderful very helpful and answered all of my questions. It’s so busy my oil change took for four hours of waiting not cool 👎. My wife and I were recommending to go at ten and ten twenty which we did. Her oil change too an hour and half and mine took 4 hours. We not cool 👎. My wife and I were recommending to go at ten and ten twenty which we did. Her oil change too an hour and half and mine took 4 hours. We brought our vehicles at the same time and got them back two different times. We switched service reps because Beverly who we had for many years but she slept trying to get us constantly for work on your Toyotas that that we really didn’t need. I finally asked why I had to change my catylitic converter three times in two years. I ended up taking my Fj to a local shop and they let me know the converter was not secured properly and the holes did not match so Toyota techs tried to condo it together. I wen in to have it diagnosed at Toyota and they came back with an other $2,800 change out of my converter. The local shop showed me pictures and fixed it for $250 dollars. I have the got the pictures and write up and brought my Toyota FJ to union city again on Monday and showed the manager who is no longer the manager there. He was Mexican or Spanish. I let him know what had happened. After going back and forth he apologized saying they are very busy and probably missed the issue so he let me know that he would send me a check for the $250 dollars for me having to bring my vehicle to a different place. He said that when we bright our cars back from Maintace, to ask for him. When Pam and I asked for him, we were told that there was a new manager. Needless to say we never got the $250 dollars. And yes I had left my car there for an oil change for 4 hours. It’s insane. More
