People make service departments sink or swim Bill was my service writer. Bill kept me up to date on truck progress. Customer area is adequate. For second time in a row have asked specifically for synthetic service writer. Bill kept me up to date on truck progress. Customer area is adequate. For second time in a row have asked specifically for synthetic oil to be used and have had non synthetic oil used in oil change little disappointed in that but Bill has reached out to make it right !! This 2023 Jeep Compass is the 4th vehicle we’ve purchased from you - 2Chrysler 300’s a Jeep Wrangler and this Compass. Advisor ( John Woodward) is a professional and good to work with. Service team was unable to verify nor remedy my reported problem. I offered to ride with the technician to illustrate the problem but was work with. Service team was unable to verify nor remedy my reported problem.
