Simply, takes a very long time for service to be done compared to other Dodge/Ram service departments. Additional, Naples has not been able to get the parts needed for (2) Two recall issues to date. HOW compared to other Dodge/Ram service departments. Additional, Naples has not been able to get the parts needed for (2) Two recall issues to date. HOWEVER, I took it to Galeana in Ft Myers checking in (no appointment) @9:30am services included Both recall issues Plus replacement of Both front Wheel Hubs finished before 2:30pm. They even invited me back (since I live in Naples) offering a discount on future needs and then discussed the services recommended/required in the future. All based on milage of course. So when asked if I recommend Naples, I have trued to “like” Naples but the facts are facts. More
