Sales agent was very pleasant and responsive. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness as well. My challenges were with the finance team member. Documents were had incorrect information which resulted in the need to complete some of them twice.. To date, I have yet to receive follow-up related to my purchase. No copy of the signed finance paperwork or warranty. Additionally, I was to be reimbursed for the overnight cost of sending the paperwork back to the dealership. As an out state buyer, communication is imperative. I am extremely disappointed and thus would not recommend this dealership to someone in my like situation. So sorry this is the case considering the exceptional service I received from the sales agent. More

This dealership is DISHONEST and does not stand by their word -specifically the business office.. First, Angelo told us the Jeep was ‘certified’ when we were signing papers Salvatore in the business offic word -specifically the business office.. First, Angelo told us the Jeep was ‘certified’ when we were signing papers Salvatore in the business office told us it was not certified and could not be certified due to an open recall on Jeep diesels. Since we did not have the certified coverage we expected, I then purchased an extended warranty for 8 years and 85k miles The jeep was used with 9.2k miles on it and Salvatore stated the total warranty would be 85k + 9.2k = 94.2k I signed documents with those numbers and took possession of the car Later that day, Salvatore emailed that the ‘ipad signature didn’t work’ and I needed to re-sign some documents. I happily did so but didn't notice that he had changed the warranty to expire after 85k miles and 5 years (instead if 94k and 8 years) because that part if the paperwork was partial cut off When I received my warranty card last week it showed that it expired at 85k miles amd 5 years i wrote to Angelo and Salvatore and they have not responded. This dealership is DISHONEST and while I love the jeep - the experience with Salvatore has been unsatisfactory. I am giving Angelo the benefit of the doubt on the ‘certified’ portion as he may have been mis-informed and he did work with us for 3 months finding us the jeep we wanted - but Salvatore lied. More
