Poor customer service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a bad tire they couldn’t order the exact replacement so I had to go to good year. Naples dodge charged me for the rotation even though they didn’t rotate my tires. I called multiple times to confirm that they didn’t rotate my tires and ask for a refund. The service advisor who handled my appointment has a voicemail box that is full and I can’t leave a message. I called multiple times to get help from the service department and no advisor or manager has called me back. Date of service 4/29 left multiple messages on 5/1 and 5/2 and still haven’t heard back and still don’t have a refund. Will be going to Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service and new car purchase. No longer doing business with Naples. Not worth the frustration! More
