I took my jeep in today for and oil it took them three hours just to change my oil. When I talk to the front desk she says it should only be two hours so I want to get to be 2 1/2 I asked her about it and hours just to change my oil. When I talk to the front desk she says it should only be two hours so I want to get to be 2 1/2 I asked her about it and told them that I would be giving them a bad review. Her response was please don’t do that. It will affect my pay and did not seem to think about the customer at all. I went in to talk to the service manager and I asked why do you not take appointments because this is absolutely ridiculous and he says it’s always been first come first serve. I asked why are you would not take appointments. It’s supposed to be a fast lane for a oil change and he said it’s always been first come first serve so I told him if you would make it appointments with people it would be so much easier for all of us, and we would all be much happier but he did not seem to care that’s how it is and that’s how it’s going to be I will not be taking my vehicle back to them. I bought my vehicle from them so therefore I think I will go trade it in for something else at another dealership, and at that point never go back there again, they don’t care about their customers it’s all about them . So good luck taking your vehicle there I would not recommend it. More
