I have scheduled an oil change twice, both appointments were first thing in the morning, and I waited for my vehicle. It took two hours for a simple oil change. They lied on one of two estimates. One claiming to need brakes. After I said that the car had <5k miles and was purchased from them, they suggested they would service it for me. I brought it to them for repair and, like magic, the next report said the brakes were great and needed nothing. The tires were also bald. They said they would repair them and later changed their mind. They sold me a car with unsafe tires. I paid for the pre certification ($$$$) and service agreement. The only reasonable person in the entire enterprise was Mrs. Alves, who was wonderful in every way. She was proficient, professional and polite. I have only nice things to say about her. Also, the sales manager gave me a time to come in for service and claimed he would make the service department aware. He didn’t. Instead, I had to explain myself all morning and try to justify why I was there. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and getting anattorney. More

First Noah at the service desk is great. Best customer service ever. With that said disappointing for the 2nd time in a row no car wash. Can someone please explain what the Naples Advantage actually is for as I have tried to get the interior done and never was, asked about the paint because above my trunk is peeling (really started after I had left my vehicle there for almost 2 months as I was trying to get my brakes replaced that I had paid for already) which brings me to that part brakes squeal like no other and tech simply said well you didn't buy Mazda ones so they're going to do that. I've been driving for many years and never had this issue. The blower on my a/c has been problematic for awhile and can't get fixed, it hesitates or doesn't work right away at times and there's a rattle when it does, this again was something that came about after leaving it for that extended time, which has never been explained why it took over 2 months to get done. So needless to say outside of Noah, Mazda is not a favorite of mine! More

Everyone was so friendly! I was hearing / feeling an odd sound when turning my steering wheel and they took me so seriously. Daniela is such an asset to the Mazda service department the way she treats her customers as well as supports her fellow coworkers goes unmatched!! More
