My Review of Naples Nissan:
From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove away in my brand new Nissan Juke, I felt like I was in great hands! While on vacation, visiting my family, my car just gave out. I was having a stressful week to say the least. However, my experience at Naples Nissan was far from stressful. Tray, Bal and Jimmy G took really great care of me. I definitely recommend Naples Nissan for a stress free car buying experience. Thank you guys so much! I am thoroughly enjoying driving my new Juke.

Our experience at Naples Nissan was an exceptional one. Mike Amabile was courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and worked to get us the best deal on a used Nissan Altima. Jimmy Goodwin went over the details of our finance package in detail and made everything easy to understand. Our followup to Naples Nissan was also a good experience with Angel Pagan and Nadine Rotz giving exceptional service to our need for a new key. Thanks Naples Nissan Team. We will definitely be back and we'll certainly refer our friends and family to you.

Only Naples dealer to meet me on the outside and welcome me. After a few minutes it was like they had known me for a long while. Best sales group on any Naples dealer. Willing to work with me on the trade and financing.

My Review of Naples Nissan:
My fiance and I came to Naples Nissan looking for a new Altima. Our salesperson was Sal, who quickly directed us to a great car and offered us a great deal. We had just walked into the dealership, were visiting from Georgia and needed to speak with our bank before signing on the dotted line.

Sal urged us to leave a credit card and license in good faith and we agreed to speak with him the next morning. In no way did we authorize him to swipe our card. It was meant to hold the vehicle. On the way out, he asked us to speak with his manager James Pool and explain why we were not buying the car on the spot. Sal stated that his manager needed to know that it wasn't anything that he was doing wrong. (Why does it matter? Why should we have to buy at that second anyway?) We told James that we wanted to discuss the financing with our bank and insurance and that we would call back the following day. Early the next day John's mother went into the hospital, needless to say we were not thinking about calling back Naples Nissan. John received a text from Sal at 3:17pm stating, "thanks for the business if you don't mind i already swiped a thousand on the credit card to secure the vehicle and put the radio in...please lmk what time you want to pick up"

When my fiance showed me this message I was in disbelief. Where in the world of business and customer service is this acceptable? I called Sal to let him know that he had absolutely no authorization to do that, which he claimed at that moment that he didn't actually swipe the card. I let him know that he lost the sale. He acted like he didn't understand why someone would be upset about someone swiping their credit card with authorization. I tried calling the dealership to speak with management or James Pool but there was no one available to speak with me.

I am already a happy owner of Nissan Murano. I however will NEVER step a foot into this dealership ever again. Naples Nissan offers a "lifetime warranty" that may seem appealing however their business tactics are extremely poor. I would rather take my chances anywhere else.

I bought my 2nd Nissan from John Marazzi Nissan. My salesman was Angel Pagan for this car and for my last one! Angel is very professional and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He is friendly and not over bearing at all. He gave us time to decide on our purchase of our Nissan Maxima. I would buy my next car from Angel also!

My Review of Naples Nissan:
I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima from John Marazzi. Our salesman Angel Pagan was great! He answered all of our questions regarding the cars and worked very hard to help us through the financing process. I didn't feel rushed on making any decisions or forced to purchase which is a huge fear when in the market for a new vehicle. My overall experience was phenomenal and I am very happy. If you're thinking about getting a new car at this dealer, ask for Angel Pagan. He's a great salesman, who take's pride and consideration in his customer satisfaction!

My Review of Naples Nissan:
Everyone we worked with at the dealership was very friendly. However I brought my car in to get the windows tinted and the job was not completed. I was told I would get a strip of tint at the top of the windshield and that was never done. Once I got the car home I also found a bubble in the tinting on the passenger side window. Hopefully the next time I bring my car in, it will be fixed.

We have had multiple problems with this dealership and their service department. When we have complained, we were not happy with the lack of follow up and customer care, especially when we purchased two vehicles from the dealership. But we deal with it because we love Nissan vehicles.
