Not once until the last maintenance when I bought to their attention the irregular wear on my tires. This caused me to have to purchase 2 new tires and get an alignment. I would have paid for the rotation every time it was suppose to be done. Not once in over 3 years. More

Had a long day at repair shop. Wish I could have had a rental or loaner car. I had to missed a full day of work. I had a service B done , somehow I did not receive windshield fluid. I called and was told to stop back in when I am in the neighborhood. I lived 45 minutes away from dealership. Therefore, very inconvenient for me to return for windshield fluid. Next time I will insist on a checklist of services I should have received to ensure all work was performed. More
