I went into this dealership for service on a vehicle that was previously purchased here. The service staff were outstanding and while waiting for my vehicle to be complete I met with Dave Borntrager and Jeff was previously purchased here. The staff were professional, courteous, passionate and understanding of what I was looking for and wanted. With a zero pressure approach and patience in allowing me to take my time with multiple test drives I came to the conclusion of the type of vehicle I wanted. Mr. Borntrager and management worked real hard to make the numbers come together and I drove a new vehicle home with me last night (02-18-2014) for my wife and our anniversary. We brought a vehicle that we already owned in for service and decided to consider purchasing a new vehicle while there. Brian Mulville was very helpful as we were unsure whether we wanted a GMC Terrain or GM and decided to consider purchasing a new vehicle while there. Brian Mulville was very helpful as we were unsure whether we wanted a GMC Terrain or GMC Acadia. He encouraged us to test drive both models and was very knowledgeable about each car. Afterward, when we were feeling that the Acadia was a better fit for us, he didn't press us to make a deal right on the spot and when we suggested that we'd like to come back the following Saturday to be able to have a look at the Acadia during the day, he was very accepting of that and gave us his card with his name and hours etc. When we came back he and the manager and the finance guy were all very accommodating and helpful. They took real good care of us, as did the service dept. on our other vehicle. We would definitely recommend Courtesy Buick GMC in Crystal Lake, IL. and we will definitely go back for future services/new car purchases. More

Then we get a very high interest rate. We took it cause we didn't know any better. Here, the sales person, Dave, greeted us real friendly we had talked to Chris Belhke over the phone so Dave introduced us to him also. The Dave went on to tell us about the Verano and the deal they could probably work out for us. Chris and other finance guy worked real hard calling around to get us a good deal. Meanwhile Dave did not leave us, he stayed with us answer questions about our old loan and helped to explain to us different options. We finally got a finance deal from our old 22% down to 11%. It was great, by this time it was after closing, but they stayed and helped us clean out the trade in car to our new car. Physically helped to move things, not just stand around. But we couldn't get our trunk speakers out cause the tools had been locked up for the night. We went back Friday to retrieve the speaker to only find out another bank had called them and offered us a lower rate. 9.9%. That was great, so we resigned all the papers and now we really had something. During all of this, Dave could not have been nicer to us or helpful. I will definitely be talking about him, Chris and Jeff. They all went up and above what they had to, and more than I ever experienced before. Not that they just wanted to sell us a car and get us on the way. Courtsey Buick is the best. And I will only go there from now on. Thanks More

I went in to see what they could do about a refinance on my 05 Escape. Not surprisingly, there wasn't much they could do for me due to age and miles on the car. Found a 2013 Kia that I liked and they were more than willing and eager to try and get me the car at the best possible rate. They even let me walk away and completely consider my options for the weekend. These were great and friendly people, and I am glad to have done business with them. More

They were recommended to by by my parents, who bought a car there earlier this year. I started out by e-mailing a sales rep for more info on several cars. Chaun got right back to me with what I had request car there earlier this year. I started out by e-mailing a sales rep for more info on several cars. Chaun got right back to me with what I had requested; and asked if there was more he could do for me, each time I had another question. He was not available when I went in for a test drive; but made sure that an associate and the manager, were informed that I was coming. I was greeted immediately upon walking in by both of them. Tom T. was wonderful! He was with me every step of the way, and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. I couldn't ask for a nicer person to buy a car from. The manager Phil, was also very involved to see that I was happy. And when I came back a couple days later for a minor issue (replace battery in spare remote), he greeted me by name, and personally took care of the issue. Jeff was the financial person, and he also worked with me extremely well. I can't say enough about the great experience I had. I will be definitely going back for my next car, and would recommend them to anyone! More

My mother bought her car from here. When I started looking for a vehicle, this was the first place I went to and it ended up being the last. I love my new car.
