She was very polite, positive and asked so many key questions that made me feel that she wanted to be sure I was getting all concerns addressed. My GM points were not working on the site . Another Service writer and the Service Mgr got involved and handled the software issue. I really appreciate the whole experience. Definitely way above any of my local dealers. . Thanks to Amanda and her teams attitude and professionalism , I’ll get my future service done when I visit my daughter.
