I wish I could leave 0 stars for there service department. I scheduled an oil change at 10:30am, dropped it off the night before, attempted to contact the service representative assigned to me via department. I attempted to pick up my vehicle at 3:45pm since I have been unable to contact anyone and was told my car has not even been pulled in yet. Mind you, I had an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change. It should not take this amount of time, especially considering it was dropped off the night before. Or at the very least, there should have been communication of the lengthy delay in service. When in person, I was told that the sales people schedule same day appointments to hit a quota and that any appointments get bumped for the same day/“walk in” appointments and that because of this, I was bumped. That is the most backwards thing I’ve ever heard. I was also told that they were overbooked today. Why would you take on more appointments or walk ins that you can’t service? I have never had worse service in my life. Please do not waste your time, and the time of others who have to take you to pick up your vehicle, by going to Kia Napleton Service near Mid Rivers. More

Worst car buying experience ever! We visited the dealership in response to an online listing for a Kia Telluride priced at approximately $45,500. From the outset, we clearly sta We visited the dealership in response to an online listing for a Kia Telluride priced at approximately $45,500. From the outset, we clearly stated—on three separate occasions—that we intended to finance through our credit union and explicitly requested that no hard credit check be performed. During negotiations, in an effort to align the price with the advertised amount, the manager offered a veteran discount and a new graduate discount, despite the fact that we do not qualify for either. Despite our explicit instructions, the manager proceeded to run hard credit checks on both myself and my son without our authorization. This is unacceptable. I request that this issue be corrected immediately and that I receive written confirmation of the actions taken. Additionally, the manager stated that accepting the incentives required financing through Kia, which had not been disclosed to us beforehand. He dismissed our concerns about a 2.25% higher interest rate and characterized our objections as “ridiculous.” It was also said numerous times by several employees that the ads are misleading but they are meant to get people in the door. So yes it is bait and switch, which is illegal. After spending over three hours at the dealership, we were only informed of these financing requirements after the unauthorized credit checks had already been conducted. When we expressed our frustration, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner, stating that he had been there for 12 hours, which did not address or justify the situation. The manager also behaved inappropriately on the showroom floor, raising his voice, and speaking disrespectfully toward both customers and sales staff. Due to this experience, we made the decision to leave, as the environment and conduct demonstrated were not acceptable for doing business. Following this incident, I have attempted to escalate the matter by contacting the corporate office. I have called nine times over the past three days requesting to speak with Eduardo Rodriguez regarding this situation. I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received at Napleton’s Kia of Mid Rivers beginning on December 3, 2025. My 2016 Kia Sportage LX was towed in due to an unknown noise under the hood. From the moment it arrived, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. Mr. Liam promptly gathered my information, explained the next steps, and ensured I received a timely diagnosis. I especially appreciated the real-time video inspection, which clearly explained the issue and recommended repairs. When transportation was needed, Mr. Liam arranged a loaner vehicle and kept me informed through the dealership’s text messaging system. Later, Mr. Matthews became my primary point of contact and provided clear updates regarding repair timing, warranty coverage, and costs. An additional tire rotation was requested and completed without issue. The communication, transparency, and professionalism demonstrated by both Mr. Liam and Mr. Matthews made this a very positive experience. My mother had a car towed there Sunday and was told Monday it would get looked at Tuesday. Heard nothing Tuesday. Wednesday came and still waiting on an official diagnosis. I brought my Kia Optima in the service department and could not get a phone call to let me know what was wrong with the car, and they would never return my calls, they told me I needed to text to get a r could not get a phone call to let me know what was wrong with the car, and they would never return my calls, they told me I needed to text to get a response from them, which is very poor customer service. If I didn’t need such a important part on my car, I would’ve taken it to a different place to get it fixed, but I was stuck because it was a dealer part that had to be fixed and programmed. $2500 later I have to pay the bill for the windshield camera that operates for functions, which is the front collision, cruise control, air bags, and one other item I can’t remember. I think it was handled very poorly without any communication to me personally over the phone. I will go to another shop next time I need my car fixed. More
