Initially when I met Mike Carroll I thought here we go again with the same old experience at a dealership. He told me what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle for my son and I was very s again with the same old experience at a dealership. He told me what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle for my son and I was very skeptical. My son decided he wanted a KIA Optima Hybrid and they only had one that he was interested in. We decided to check out another Dealership and with my son's trade they were way off the mark with the same car but a different color. We decided to go back to Zeiser and within 10 minutes we made a deal, exactly what Mike Carroll said would happen. Mike Carroll, Mike Feinstein, Shane Roemer and Nichole Toth made our experience extremely pleasant. We felt we got a fair deal and the other dealer was believe it or not $4500.00 difference. Every time you walk in this dealership I feel like I am among friends and they are all outstanding. My mom and dad recently purchased a SORENTO from Mike and everything was handled very professionally with them and took them in the finance room to discuss the deal because my dad is hard of hearing. They completed the deal within 10 minutes again.
