Napleton's Palatine Mazda responded

Ms. Jennifer Pecor, You visited our store twice and both times you were asked to buy the car and declined. We had mentioned both times that there was lots of interest in the car and there was no guarantee it would remain available. In fact, when you were told the car could sell, you said "If it sells, it sells". It would not be fair to the customer in the showroom who is ready to buy the car to deny them that opportunity. I’m sorry it did not work out the way you wanted, but there is no need to spread misinformation regarding the situation. We do have other cars available if you’d like to come back, as you stated when I met you that you had a good experience with everyone here.
