Nate Wade Subaru, located at 1207 S Main St in Salt Lake City, UT, is one of the longest standing Subaru Dealers in the United States and is the oldest exclusive Subaru Dealer. Nate Wade is the man who built the business. He started in the car business in 1953 and joined with M. Russell Ballard at Ballard Motors in 1956. Ballard Wade Motors became one of the first Subaru Dealers in the United States in 1969. In the 1970's Nate bought the dealership from Elder Ballard and it became Nate Wade Subaru. Nate has always had the highest ethics in his business practices and he has passed them on to the current management team, (many of who have been here more than 25 years). That's what makes Nate Wade Subaru A Nice Place to do Business.

Gentry was amazing to work with. From the time I sent my initial internet request, throughout the entire purchase, and now even after purchase, Gentry was kind, professional, and extremely easy to work with. I can honestly say that I would NOT have purchased my new vehicle if not for the customer service skills of Gentry, because I was not in need of a car, and I wasn't getting the type of trade in value I was expecting. But Gentry was so willing to work with me, it made the decision easy.

Nick was great! They where fair with me on my trade in, giving me my asking price. They also got me in the car I wanted within my budget. Straight up guys that will be fair with you. Refreshing to work with honest guys considering the other car buying experiences I have had in the past. I would recommend Nick Westover and Nate Wade Subaru to all my family and friends. Love these guys!

My Review of Nate Wade Subaru:
When I walked in the door to buy a car, there was no one there to help me out and when I finally found Rick Gruber, he tried to talk me out of the car I wanted to buy. I test drove a similar car to the one I wanted as the one I wanted was not in stock.

I then went online to get quotes and Nick Smith was very helpful. Unfortunately the car could not be found in Utah, but he worked with me on price and gave me realistic expectations for ordering the car I wanted.

When I arrived on the ETA date, Rick Gruber had my file, but was nowhere to be found. I found out that the car hadn't arrived yet. Rob Edmunds helped me by providing a loaner car, as I no longer had a vehicle to drive, expecting the new car to come in.

When the car arrived, I met with Nick and he got me set up with financing and showed me thoroughly around the car and set up my phone with the car.

I felt that Nick was honest and that he was someone that had my best interests at heart. He was extremely prompt in answering all of my questions and was not pushy in any way. I was evaluating many different cars and Nick gave me what I felt were fair opinions (good and bad) on all of them including the Impreza.

Nick was very helpful and friendly in all meetings/conversations, test drive, etc. Helped work through details of Costco purchase program. Would definitely purchase another car through Nate/Wade and Nick Smith.

My wife ans I had an overall outstanding experience with the whole team over at Nate Wade from the receptionist to the business manager. At no time did we feel like we were being pushed to make any decisions we did not want to make. We feel excellent about our purchase and wouldn't do it any different if given a chance. The car we traded in was a Subaru, the new one is a Subaru and we will always own a Subaru. We will never buy anywhere but Nate Wade from here on out!! Thanks again for all of the help and friendliness throughout the hole buying experience!

My Review of Nate Wade Subaru:
We found the used Cadillac on Auto trader.com. Nick Smith returned our inquiries promptly, and was honest in his description of the car. We asked him to drive the car and give us his opinion, which he did, given the fact that the car was located 528 miles from us. Upon arrival, he met us and we looked at and drove the car. It was exactly as described by Nick. Nick treated us as if we were buying a new car, not merely a used car. We were not under any pressure to buy this car.

Nick Poulos did the paperwork and made us feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. He rounded out the friendly and exceptional atmosphere of the dealership.

We would certainly recommend this dealership to any potential buyers.
