There are a lot of older Cadillacs out there that are very clean but one with low mileage is harder to find. I searched the usual three: autotrader.com, cars.com and kbb.com. I found a 2006 Cadillac DTS with 41,000 miles on it listed by National City Auto Center. I went to their Website and they had great photographs of this car, an accurate description of this car and a FREE Carfax report of this car. I sent them an email and got an immediate reply from Mike. I asked him if the car was as clean as it looked in the photographs and he said it was. We communicated back and forth for a few days and I decided to buy the car sight unseen. I drove for three hours to check it out and it was worth the drive. The car was literally almost perfect. Mike is a good salesman and the staff members at National City Auto Center are very nice and very professional. The place was really busy, it was around lunchtime and here comes one of their guys carrying a stack of pizzas. They fed everyone lunch. I love it !! More

We were so pleased with our transaction today. We worked with Rene Lopez, he is the greatest. No pressure, just politeness and willingness to answer any questions we had about the car. His knowledge of the Cadillac SRX was impressive. We already knew that we had this particular vehicle in mind and our goal was to learn more about it, which we did thanks to Rene. We took the car for a test drive. Upon returning to the office, papers started being drawn up to make the purchase. Rene clued us in as to what the procedure would be. Mauricio in the finance department was very courteous and thorough as was Mike who put the finishing touches on the package. From the time we walked on the lot to the time we left was two hours, that's how efficient the process was. We highly recommend this dealership.
