Poor Dealership Experience Again This was the second time we've dealt with this dealership and the 2nd time the paperwork took an excessive amount of time to process. This time was we This was the second time we've dealt with this dealership and the 2nd time the paperwork took an excessive amount of time to process. This time was well beyond 2 hours. The attempted sale of an extended warranty was presented not as a additional sale but as part of the lease agreement. Only when questioned did it come out that this was going to be an additional cost. The service center would not provide a cost for service intervals. I was told by the salesperson that the manager would get me the information, but more than a month has passed and no word from manager. Sales person was just OK. More
