Don’t go to this dealership if you don’t want to get ripped off. They offered me $4,500 less than KBB for my mint condition 2017 Silverado 1500. I Worked with Matt who was great, but the sales manager J ripped off. They offered me $4,500 less than KBB for my mint condition 2017 Silverado 1500. I Worked with Matt who was great, but the sales manager Jack had the Audacity to get an attitude with me because I was not satisfied with the offer on my truck and offered 3k less than asking price for their 4 Cylinder Silverado that has been sitting stagnant on the lot since August..they low ball you, and try to strong arm you into buying on their terms, but get offended when you “Low ball” them back. Poor management and leadership. These dealerships play the game with you because they want their cake, and eat it too. but as soon as you play their game back, they don’t like it. They need to learn how to speak to people before they sell a vehicle. will never step foot on that Lot again. More

I came in today (8/21/23) to look at a 2017 Ford F-150 Platinum. I brought my friend who is an Auto Technician to check out the truck since it is six years old. The truck is in the front row of the lot Platinum. I brought my friend who is an Auto Technician to check out the truck since it is six years old. The truck is in the front row of the lot and we went over the vehicle and test drove it . Upon our return, we again went over the vehicle and found several problems with it. 1. The top engine cover is completely missing. 2. The variable camshaft timing solenoids are leaking oil. 3. The driver side rear door lock is defective. MAJOR deep scratch on the top of the lift gate. Cowl cover is extremely faded. This vehicle has 49,000 miles on it and has been sitting on the lot for the past two months. When the used car sales manager was informed of these issues he acknowledged that these issues did exist on the vehicle which is why it is competitively priced. Competitively priced? He did not even offer to repair the issues he acknowledged existed. Isn’t the front row of the lot for your “best” vehicles? I was never informed by the dealership that these problems existed but rather informed by my mechanic. Needless to say I was disappointed and halted the purchasing process immediately. How can this vehicle be advertised as such an amazing truck yet there are engine parts missing and it is leaking oil? Makes me wonder what else may be wrong with it. 6 yrs old, 49,000 miles, missing engine parts, and leaking oil along with the other issues for 40k does not seem very competitively priced to me. On top of that they had my old truck tied up for an appraisal for 90 minutes and would not even inform me what the trade in value was. More
Need more key staff in order to expedite your buying experience on a Saturday. We traveled over 2 hours to purchase a vehicle and it took that long just to finalize our transaction. experience on a Saturday. • Initial Contact – was very good. The dealership reach out very quickly to our inquiry and assisting in scheduling our visit. • Arrival – entire team was very welcoming when we walk The dealership reach out very quickly to our inquiry and assisting in scheduling our visit. • Arrival – entire team was very welcoming when we walked in the door. • Salesperson – Bryce was very well mannered and easy going. Helped us with any issues, asked intelligent questions, and was very calm, and not pushy in his approach. • Insurance – a new feature that went very well. A nice addition in you keep it up. Jamel was very helpful and had a good grasp of what he was doing. • Finance – Jacob was very clear and professional in his approach. Got through all the paperwork in a orderly and timely manner. And that leaves us with Sales Manager Cory Wismer. At 60 years old , this is not my first time talking to a Sales Manager in a dealership, so I understand what they have to do and how they act, but Cory managed to take being rude, mean, and condescending to a new level. He started the conversation stating that we insulted him because I gave a figure $3000 down from the list. $3000…we are talking about, not $5000, not $10,000 >> $3000, thinking we would meet in the middle. Specifically, he said that “he was insulted by our offer and lucky for us he had thick skin, and it wasn’t our problem that he paid to much for the car to begin with”. Let me be clear – the only reason we stayed there, is because my wife really liked the vehicle, and she is always my first priority 24/7. If the vehicle was for me, we would have been right out the door (I have done it before when treated that way in any industry). We were there on a Thursday night for two hours, and a Friday afternoon for an hour with no other customers to be seen. I would have thought he would be a little more interested in making a sale with a barren showroom. And after all of his bravado, we were only off that $3000 meet in the middle figure by $600 dollars. It takes a lot more energy to be mean and rude to customers – that whole 10 minute speech of his was totally unnecessary. Since he is the boss, I guess that’s how things are and lets’ be honest, Cory is not going to change. The one thing that change right now is where I go for my next vehicle in 2024. Sent this in an email to the dealership on March 26 and still no response. More
Jonah did an awesome job. Waiting for the Maverick was stressful, but kept in touch with us throughout the process. Waiting for the Maverick was stressful, but kept in touch with us throughout the process. More
