My experience with Nesmith Chevrolet was an awesome one. For instance, my sales rep Rob Barber made my new vehicle buying experience hassle free by being thorough and professional. Also, I can honestly say that I drove from Warner Robins, GA to Claxton with confidence knowing that whatever Rob stated over the phone was believable. As a result, I canceled an appointment I had lined up at another dealership in my area. I would definitely buy there again and I would recommend everyone to shop there first. Ask for Rob Barber, because his Faith and Integrity will be displayed in his work ethics.

NeSmith Chevy is full of knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly Sales personnel. They truely want to EARN you business, all questions asked were answered and they are willing to work with you to fit your needs. I personally drove 40 miles to go here instead of the local chevy dealership that seemed uninterested in what i wanted and was impressed by how when i was asked what i wanted i was brought right over to vehicles that matched the description. I will with out a doubt shop there again when in the market and refer everyone i know to go to NeSmith.

I was shopping on Ebay/Motors for a used Chevy Corvette, and called Cody Nesmith to inquire about the vehicle. I was very interested, and pre-approved via my credit union, and wanted to make plans to visit, and test drive the corvette. Cody explained that he might be able to beat the interest rate, and would I like for him to try. A mere 30 minutes later, Cody called me back I was approved, could come and pick the car up if I wanted it. I was 200 miles from Claxton, and they closed at 4pm on Saturday. Cody explained no problem, he lived just a few miles from the dealership, and would drive back in. On the trip to Claxton, Cody called my granddaughter who was driving me, and we sent a picture of my Drivers license, and a few minutes later Cody had my insurance provider call for me to give the OK to add this corvette to my
policy. The corvette is beautiful, exactly as Cody described. Cody explained everything about the car, took me for a test drive, and I purchased the vehicle. Cody did make one promise to ensure that the seat was properly repaired, which he did in a most professional manner. The repair work on the vehicle was top notch, the employees were courteous, professional and very helpful. I will highly recommend this dealership, and its staff.

Lori made an appointment for me to come in and was ready to show me vehicles I had told her I was interested in. We found the car and I was driving home in it within an hour. You can't beat that kind of courtesy, professionalism, and just a "down right" good experience! GREAT JOB, LORI!

Lori was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She searched all available inventory and found me the vehicle I wanted on another dealers lot. She worked to get me the price and financing it took to gain my business and had that vehicle tranfered to Nesmith for me to pick up. All of this was done over the phone, sight unseen. I was very pleased with the vehicle and the lack of "let me check with my manager" hagling that typically accompanies vehicle purchases. This experience mirrored the my last purchase at Nesmith and is why I'll give them 1st chance for my business on my next purchase.

Kendall gathered info. I asked for called me back
Kendall invited me to come check out HHR
I drove up to Claxton, Kendall had HHR waiting by the door as planned
I drove HHR, returned to dealership made offer
Was on my way home in approx. 2 hours with my HHR.
Kendall was very helpful," NOT PUSHY",answered all ????

This action is very important to me as I have walked out of 3 dealerships because this guy had to talk to that guy and no one could immediately answer questions without involving someone else.
NOT that way at NESMITH in Claxton.

This was my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from NewSmith and I fell I always got the best deal and always had a great saleman. Barry was great in that he stayed late that first day I went to look at the Avalanche, so I could drive it and even let me take it home. Barry has a good inderstand on how all the bells an whistles worked on my Avalance and he walked me thru each one making sure I knew how to operate them. I will buy another vehicle from Barry and NewSmith. Thanls Barry.
