Larry Rose, Kameron Huffman, and Rocky Ram are all THE BEST and each one of them went above and beyond, and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with every detail of my lease. I will definitely continue to travel from Lexington to Frankfort to do my vehicle business. And, will most definitely be referring family & friends here as well! Thanks so much guys! Scheduling an oil change and new tires I called and left a message to schedule service and new tires. No one ever returned my call so I got on line. I gave them all information and went at the scheduled time given to me on chat. Service did not have me down for an appointment. Not happy at all! The girl in service went overboard to make sure she could get me in for oil change and new tires since I had driven 50 miles for this appointment. It was not her fault! I purchased my Maxima and Pathfinder when it was Gates and was very happy with them. I am not happy with Neil Huffman, they do not have enough staff in service department. Will definitely keep this in mind when ready to trade! More

Won't repeat my business Have had my last 2 vehicles through Neil Huffman Nissan. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rouge which I loved and had a great experience with sales and servi Have had my last 2 vehicles through Neil Huffman Nissan. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rouge which I loved and had a great experience with sales and service. So much that I referred my brother who purchased his Chevrolet Truck and I also referred one of my clients who purchased a Nissan Rouge. I traded my 2015 Rouge in on a 2017 Rouge. This time I was talked into a lease with the understanding I would be given 15k miles a year instead of 12k. Great deal right! That was the sales point that got me. I took for granted when signing giving their word. Then when I pulled up my paper work a few months later they locked me in at only 12k a year. I called to ask about it and no one ever returned my call. Then I went in for my oil change and tire rotion yesterday and was told I needed a brand new tire for my 2017 Rouge because of a nail in the tire. Mind you my check tire pressure light never came on. Yes there was a nail in the tire but they insisted it could not be repaired and I wouldn't make it on the road. Pricing me $120 for a mis matched tire or they could order a matching tire for $160 and put it on the next day. I was nervous in fear of my safety but still couldn't understand why my check light never came on. I left the dealership and got a few more opinions which all suggested the tire could be repaired. So I was able to have the nail pulled tire patched for $14.00 by a perfesional mechanic he assured me my tire would be just fine. With this being said Neil Huffman Nissan will not be getting any of my business in the future nor will I refer any of my clients,family,or friends. More
