WE PURCHASED A 2014 DODGE DURANGO FROM NELSON MAZDA TULSA VIN #1C4RDJDG3EC502547 ON ABOUT 11/11/2025,, WE HAD BEEN SEARCHING AROUND AND SAW THE DURANGO ON THEIR SITE IT HAD 124,000 MILLES ON IT AND IT WAS VIN #1C4RDJDG3EC502547 ON ABOUT 11/11/2025,, WE HAD BEEN SEARCHING AROUND AND SAW THE DURANGO ON THEIR SITE IT HAD 124,000 MILLES ON IT AND IT WAS MORE MONEY THAN THE OTHER PRIVATE CAR LOTS BUT BECAUSE THEY SEEMED TO HAVE A GOOD RATING AND ADVERTISED THAT THEY DO A 30 POINT INSPECTION WE THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.. THEY SOLD US A WARRANTY WITH THE VEHICLE SO WE FELT THAT WE WOULD BE SAFE AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT EXPENSIVE REPAIRS. WE NOTICES THAT THE TRANSMISSION FLUID LOOKED DIRTY SO WE TOOK IT TO A REPUTABLE MECHANIC AND WE ENDED UP SPENDING $308..( JUST A MONTH AFTER BUYING THE VEHICLE) HAVING TO HAVE AN ALIGNMENT AND BRAKE FLUID HAD TO BE.! THEY FOUND OUT IT NEEDS.. THE CV FRONT ALE REPLACED, DUE TO A LEAK THE RACK AND PINION NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, THE WHOLE POWER STEERING SYSTEM NEEDS FLUSHING OUT, REPLACED SPARK PLUGS, AND ANOTHER ALIGNMENT…. ALL TOTALING ABOUT $4,000.!!!! WHEN I SPOKE WITH NELSON MAZDA ABOUT THIS, AS I FEEL IF YOU DO A 30 POINT INSPECTION AND DO IT RIGHT SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS!!!! WHAT WAS MADING WAS WHEN I CALLED I FOUND OUT THE POLICY I BOUGHT DOESN’T COVER ANY OF THIS!!! WHEN I TALKED TO THE WARRANTY PERSONAL THEY SAID I HAD TO CANCEL MY POLICY WITH NELSON MAZDA .. IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO HELP PAY FOR THESE REPAIRS THAT THEY DID NOT DISCOVER AND THE WORTHLESS POLICY DOESN’T COVER!!!! I GOT A, WE WILL CALL YOU BACK.. I DID NOT GET A CALL BACK JUST E-MAILS TO BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!! More

We were so pleased that our gently used Honda Accord Touring was at Nelson Mazda. When praying for our next car we prayed it would be at one of the Nelson dealerships. Thanks to Nelson giving you up front their best price you know that you’re getting a deal and the dealership isn’t going to bait and switch on you. Our salesman Lorenzo was very knowledgeable about our car, even though it was a Honda not a Mazda. Any questions we had that he didn’t know the answer to he found out quickly for us. Also the way the dealership keeps you with the same person from beginning to end is a huge difference and improvement in the already pleasant experience. This was our first time buying from the Nelson Mazda dealership but we had bought 2 different cars from the Nelson Nissan dealership. We highly recommended when you are in the market for a vehicle you need to check out either of the Nelson dealerships. More

We had a great experience we were greeted as soon as we walked in, offered drinks, and advised someone would be coming down right away to help us. Maybe 5 minutes later Dev showed up, he was very kind, gen walked in, offered drinks, and advised someone would be coming down right away to help us. We were able to look at the car, get the car fax information, all the details and then took it for a test drive. We loved the car, we had looked at another one the day before that we loved as well and decided to go with Nelson Mazda because of Dev. He was truly amazing and made us feel comfortable in moving forward. Took a little over an hour to get everything finished and signed. I will definitely recommend Nelson Mazda and Dev to anyone looking for a car and will be back for future purchases! We love our car so far!! More
