We were so pleased that our gently used Honda Accord Touring was at Nelson Mazda. When praying for our next car we prayed it would be at one of the Nelson dealerships. Our salesman Lorenzo was very knowledgeable about our car, even though it was a Honda not a Mazda. Any questions we had that he didn’t know the answer to he found out quickly for us. Also the way the dealership keeps you with the same person from beginning to end is a huge difference and improvement in the already pleasant experience. This was our first time buying from the Nelson Mazda dealership but we had bought 2 different cars from the Nelson Nissan dealership. We had a great experience we were greeted as soon as we walked in, offered drinks, and advised someone would be coming down right away to help us. We loved the car, we had looked at another one the day before that we loved as well and decided to go with Nelson Mazda because of Dev. He was truly amazing and made us feel comfortable in moving forward. Took a little over an hour to get everything finished and signed.
