Abraham was very attentive and learned quickly my preference in communication (texting). He also found the exact car I wanted, it was out of state and not a easy find. He will go above and beyond for you!! The sales management were also outstanding. They had all of our paperwork ready for us to sign (my partner also purchased another Lexus). Very knowledgeable about the extra protection plans and rebates. They were very mindful of our time and appreciated that we traveled the distance. Again, fourth Lexus, fourth dealership, now I'm a New Country Lexus of Latham customer for life!!! More

90?thousand mile check I was disappointed that an oil change that was not needed was done. The mechanic could of read the sticker that showed it had been done less than 1000 I was disappointed that an oil change that was not needed was done.
