I had wonderful service at New Direct Dodge in Wytheville, VA. Everyone was very friendly, courteous & helpful. Jason was my Salesman & he did everything he could to make sure that I was fully sat Wytheville, VA. Everyone was very friendly, courteous & helpful. Jason was my Salesman & he did everything he could to make sure that I was fully satisfied with the deal that I got. He & Shawn worked with me to get me the payment plan that I was comfortable with. Jason even went so far as to fix the hatch level to where I can now reach it to close it shut. I am short & coulldn't reach it when it was raised, as it was well above my head!! If I am still living in Virginia when I get my next Jeep I will be going to New Direct again. More
