My Review Of New Rochelle Toyota:
My wife and I went to New Rochelle Toyota looking to purchase a new Toyota Highlander. We were greeted right away by sales consultant Amarildo "Aldo" Shabi, whose politeness was apparent right away. Aldo did a full demonstration of the Highlander and we went for a test drive. After the test drive, we went back inside to discuss numbers. Aldo and sales manager, Billy Memisovski, worked with us to get the price of the vehicle and the monthly payment into a range we were comfortable with. After working with Aldo and Billy, we sat with business manager Shaikh Ali, who explained a number of supplemental options that we could have purchased with the vehicle. Shaikh was very professional and did not pressure us into purchasing anything we felt that we did not need. Since the vehicle was not ready for immediate pickup, my wife and I returned the next day and signed our contract with Joe Wright, another business manager, who was also very polite and courteous. The experience at this stage of the process was very positive. In past car purchases, I have met with people who just said "Sign here, sign here, sign here," without explaining anything that I was signing. Not the case at New Rochelle Toyota - Joe took the time to explain each section of the contract and asked if we had any questions.
Overall, a very positive vehicle buying experience, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
