My Review of Newark Toyota World:
I brought my Lexus ES300 in for some routine repairs after balking at the price for same charged by Lexus of Wilmington. Newark Toyota did the service promptly while I waited and charged me about half what the Lexus dealer would have charged. When I went to pay, the service manager asked why I came to them with my Lexus. Before I could answer he answered his own question by saying, "You didn't want to pay Lexus's prices, right?" with a big smile. I had a good laugh with him and kept that smile as I walked out the door.
