After my purchase, Don sat with me and programmed the blue tooth to my phone as well as going over several other features of the car with me. I also want to mention that there was a very nice man at the service department where I picked the car up that provided several helpful tips on maintaining the appearance of the leather knowing that I had 2 kids.
