I scheduled an appointment. It was my third appointment for the same check engine light problem. I picked my car up on the 8th day that it was there. They had not even opened the hood. It was there 8 days for the same check engine light problem. I picked my car up on the 8th day that it was there. They had not even opened the hood. It was there 8 days without anyone ever looking at it. I had an appointment and it was my 3rd time for the same problem! When i finally got tired of hitching rides to and from work and picked it up I was told they'd call me when they were not busy. No one ever apologized. If they were that busy I should have been told before my appointment so I could have rescheduled. Instead I felt like I was the inconvenience for them. More
