If your service advisor does not come in, their mechanics can not work on your car. That is only the beginning of their bad service. Promised my car in 2 days and took a week. When I asked why, they said can not work on your car. That is only the beginning of their bad service. Promised my car in 2 days and took a week. When I asked why, they said a lot of other customers came in with issues. HOW DID THOSE CUSTOMERS GET IN FFRONT OF ME WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT? When I complained they were not even apologetic, much less interested in doing anything to retain me as a customer. Ridiculously bad service and very overpriced. RUN AWAY! More
