I had such a positive experience buying my car, and that's entirely thanks to Lance. He was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful from start to finish. He took the time to explain details clearly, showed me how to navigate the website to find information, and made sure I truly understood everything. He was especially thoughtful during the test drive, knowing it's been nearly 20 years, since I last driven, a new car is warm, jovial personality, really put me at ease. I genuinely appreciated his extended, courtesy, professionalism, and sincere desire to make this a comfortable, positive experience. I couldn't have asked for better service. Car buying to be a long process, and my experience did take several hours, though, was absolutely no fault of the dealership. Through it all Lance was consistently kind, patient, and attentive, always checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable.
