I thought I bought an Acura RDX on August 14, 2025. I communicated by text on Aug 13 I was interested in a specific car. The next day I communicated all day with salesman Jonathan. Mid afternoon I t I communicated by text on Aug 13 I was interested in a specific car. The next day I communicated all day with salesman Jonathan. Mid afternoon I told him “YES” I want this car. He congratulated me. Asked for a copy of drivers license and insurance which I immediately sent by text. I’m in Sonoma and they are located in Sacramento. Said he would send me the deposit form to fill out. I told him I had the full amount and would pay cash for the car. I transferred the money. I called my insurance lady and my kids. Then I get a call from Jonathan saying a couple was test driving the car. I asked “my car?” Long story short the couple came back and wanted the car so they sold it to them. When assistant manager called his excuse was they were in person. Doesn’t a verbal yes over the phone, copies of my license and insurance mean something? In the end they offered to keep a look out for another one. Seriously Niello Acura your customer service is beyond horrible. Buyers beware! More
