I had a very good experience. Chris was very friendly and made me and my family at ease about the purchasing process. I liked how Chris helped show me the features that were available in the vehicle. I was contemplating getting a new car, then I saw the Acura ILX (from Niello) on display at the Galleria Mall in Roseville and I was sold. I loved the look of it and just knew I had to have it. I called the Sales Department at Niello Acura and got Kevin. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking to accomplish. He answered all my questions and immediately went to work putting a deal together for me. Kevin was extremely understanding and he fulfilled all of my requests. Kevin was very informative, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. This was definitely not a normal car buying experience that many consumers dread and complain about. Kevin's charm, friendly personality and positive attitude made this experience exciting and enjoyable. He did not pressure me just so he could sell a car. He was genuine and respectful. For all the reasons I stated, I could not have rated Kevin anything but the best. I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant than Kevin at Niello Acura. Mary and Chris were exceptional to work with. They both took the initiative to make the purchase of my Acura TSX possible. They diligently worked with finance to acquire the best loan that met my needs. I'd also like to thank the finance person that negotiatied with lenders for me, wish I recalled his name, as he deserves kudos also. Elizabeth Garcia was also a pleasure to work with on the final sale. In addition to being so diligent at shopping a lender for me they all provided excellent customer service. From the get go, they were friendly, pleasant to work with and knowleadgable. I felt they were on my side and were not in anyway your typical "Care Salesman" per say... I've been very pleased from the get go and I very much have liked the followup I've received by email. Being in the sales industry myself, I appreciate the importance of customer service, knoweledge and follow up. Lorena is very friendly and very helpful. This is the fastest and hassle free car buying experience for me. The dealership was fair and honest up front. They let us take are time in choosing a car and there was no sales pressure. I would definatly recomend them to a friend
