Our Experience with "Dave" In looking for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler for our son, our research took us from Jersey City to Toms River to Manahawkin and eventually, to Dave, at Nielsen In looking for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler for our son, our research took us from Jersey City to Toms River to Manahawkin and eventually, to Dave, at Nielsen in East Hanover. He was honest, straight forward, friendly and from the beginning told us what and what was not possible. For a 17 year old getting his first car, that is very important. The most essential part of the process for my husband and myself was Dave's honesty - if you can't help us, just tell us. Dave patiently answered my son's questions, which seemed like a million, and did so without making him feel as though he was inconsequential throughout the process. We all appreciated that fact. We would highly recommend Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and especially, Dave, if you want a good quality product and honest answers to your questions. More

Who knew I had no idea how much fun car shopping, test driving, buying and driving off in a new car could be. Joe Alfano explained the process, walked us throu I had no idea how much fun car shopping, test driving, buying and driving off in a new car could be. Joe Alfano explained the process, walked us through it and sent me on my way in a brand new durango. My sister and I met with Joe a total of 4 times and he never lost patience with us. Joes laid back style, knowledge and witty sense of humor kept us at the nielsen dealership that we stopped at on a whim, when there were 2 dealerships closer to our houses. When Joe delivered the car to me, he had already waited an hour after he was due to leave for the day and still took his time teaching me about all of the features in my new car. More

Return customer, great Salesman selection of vehicles is great, the salesman that i dealt with was very personable and great to deal with, Peter Goettlich. i am a returning customer selection of vehicles is great, the salesman that i dealt with was very personable and great to deal with, Peter Goettlich. i am a returning customer from 10 years ago when the dealership was under another owner and tried them again. my experience was great up until finance department. no complaints about the salesman or the pricing i received, however when it came to financing i was told one rate from a certain bank and that was all i was getting, 4% vs 2.49 % which i have seen at many places and i would qualify for, when i asked if they could try somewhere else, they wouldn't. i suggest finding a car loan before you go to the dealer and pay for your car from that, do not go through there finance department. More
