Charged for services without prior consent Today was my very 1st experience with this dealership to service my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I scheduled and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Today was my very 1st experience with this dealership to service my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I scheduled and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. That seems pretty simple service. Well after waiting 2 hours I was called to the cashier to pay the fee, let me add the cost that was quoted to me when scheduling the appointment was $39.95 plus tax of course. Once I got to the cashier to pay out I was shocked to hear my total was in excess of $85. I of course explained to the cashier the quote I was given which she verified was accurate. She then quoted me $70 plus for the service. That too was incorrect. I looked at the print out and saw they provided a service I never consented despite the fact I was in the waiting room the entire time. After bringing it to the attention to the cashier and also Randy who checked me in they did in fact removed the fee. I am grateful for that, but in the future I would suggest just asking the customer for their consent prior to providing additional services. More

We have been customers of Nimnicht Chevrolet for many years. We have previously purchased two SUVs and this was our third purchase from Nimnicht. Our Tahoe was 1o years old. We purchased it in 2004. It was time for a new SUV. We bought a 2014 certified pre owned vehicle. It is in excellent condition ( just like brand new). The service department is also fair and professional. Always a Great Experience!! More

Worst customer service ever I got called by the finacel department the got disconnected then called back. The front desk answered the phone and I asked her to tranfer me to the department and she asked whom I needed to speak with and i told he I did not know but it was a male that I spoke with she was rude and told me the I needed to know who I needed to speak with. I said please tranfer me to that department and she was very nasty and I said please dont maker have to come in there and she said to me come on ahead im at the front desk and I will be waiting for you. I asked her for her name and she refused. Worst service i have ever had and I will never purchase another car from these people and I will sure let others know as well. More

A refreshing take on the car-shopping experience I'll be honest with you: I dreaded car-shopping prior to visiting this place. My previous experience with car-shopping at other places made me a bit g I'll be honest with you: I dreaded car-shopping prior to visiting this place. My previous experience with car-shopping at other places made me a bit gun-shy about going to a dealership, but I figured that if my bank (USAA) recommended it, they must be doing something right. They weren't just doing SOMETHING right, they were doing EVERYTHING right. The whole process was fantastic was start to finish. There was no unscrupulous practice anywhere on the lot. Everything was well-kept and maintained to a high degree. My salesman, Jermain Jackson, was cordial and courteous during the whole process, ensuring that my needs were met before anything else. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! More
