Antonie was on top of his game as usual, I specifically wanted a vehicle in transit and he provided updates of the expected delivery and when I should expect to come view the vehicle. My husband and I were in search of a bigger car for our new addition to our family, so we googled a dealership in Jacksonville, and we are incredibly pleased with the results of coming to GMC Nimnicht. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Mr. James Jones in the parking lot, which started our experience out on a great note by kicking the anxiety of walking inside and not knowing exactly where to go. James was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Buying a new car is always a lengthy process, however James did everything in his power to make us as comfortable as possible, and get through the paperwork as quickly as he could. He was able to get us into the car we really wanted and within our budget. Be sure to ask for James if you visit this dealership! You won’t regret it! More

I’m writing to share my recent experience working with James during my car search, and to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment James approached, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I explained that I had recently been in a car accident and had just been informed that my vehicle would likely be totaled. With only a couple of days to find a replacement once confirmed, I needed to begin the search immediately. I also shared that I had not had a car payment in several years and was only open to a new vehicle if it aligned with a specific monthly budget. James listened closely to my needs and concerns. Without hesitation, he began showing me options that could work for me. He introduced me to the Buick Envista, took the time to walk me through its features and pricing, and took me on a test drive—where I was immediately hooked. I also shared that I had just started a new job the previous week. James, being the professional that he is, inquired about my employer and explained that I might qualify for a discount. He outlined the steps I needed to take, including providing my badge, offer letter, and obtaining a code from HR to register on the GM Supplier Discount site. James also worked with the finance team to give me an estimate of what my payment could look like, and later, when I had concerns about the service contract I had initially signed up for, he was understanding and quick to communicate my reservations to the finance department. Thanks to his help, my concerns were resolved with care and professionalism. What stood out most was James’ commitment to ensuring I felt confident and informed. He thoroughly walked me through the features of my new car, explained all the warranties and services, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. James is truly a gem. You don’t often come across the level of attention, care, and genuine customer service he offers. I’m grateful for his help and will enthusiastically recommend him to anyone I know who’s in the market for a car. More
