My Review Of Nissan Of Bourne:
The Overall Experience:
After a few days of combing AutoTrader.com for my next vehicle, I absolutely fell in love with a specific car. So much that i drove 28 miles out to Nissan of Bourne, to at least look at the car before making my decision. Having had previously awful experiences at larger dealerships, I expected your typical aggressive, pushy attitude most dealers would give you. Upon browsing the lot, we were approached by Alan Devlin, and met with Erick Martinez, who i was previously communicating with over email regarding questions/concerns i had about the car. After taking the car for a drive, i knew that this was the car i wanted. The entire time Erick and Alan respected the fact that i was there for an Altima, Not once did they suggest something else, or try to push me on to a new car. I was very much appreciative of this. Now here's the catch. Someone had already expressed interest in the car but it wasn't 100% a done deal. Erick and Alan recommended that i too put a deposit on the car, in the event the previous customer decided other wise. The next day i received a call, and the car was mine. The car was competitively priced, so no change on asking price, but i did get a deal on certifying the pre-owned car, which made me content. I was able to drive away with the car the next day.
The Staff:
I dealt a great deal communicating with Erick, who was quick on replying to my questions. Alan handled the sale end of the deal. Alan has incredible knowledge of the cars he sells. When we first looked at the car, he was firing off all the little details that only someone who knew the car and what they were doing could tell you. They were also very transparent about sales and dealership related info, which is something you would absolutely not get anywhere else. I also dealt with Laura Tormey when i came to pick up the car, to square away the paper work. Like the rest of the staff i had dealt with, She too was incredibly polite and respective of my decisions, and did not push anything on me. Overall, these three were all respectable, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Summary:
I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to at least check out Nissan of Bourne's inventory. It will be one of the best experiences you will ever get at a highly acclaimed dealership. The staff is knowledgable and experienced, but more importantly, they will respect what YOU want. This purchase and the experience was worth the 28 miles i traveled.
