Service Representative was great! The service representative was knowledgeable and efficient. He asked all the right questions to help diagnose my problem. By 4:00, No one called us to let us know the car was ready. When we picked up our car we were told one of our issues was not addressed, "we didn't hear anything wrong". So apparently I get to live with a noisy fan or bring it back in. To end on a positive note, all our other service needs were taken care of. More

Excellent service from Victor Ramirez I was very satisfied with the service provided by Victor, he was able to accommodate to all my needs. The whole process was very fast I didnt have to I was very satisfied with the service provided by Victor, he was able to accommodate to all my needs. The whole process was very fast I didnt have to wait too long, he quickly set me up with a rental and kept me up to date on my vehicle’s status. My car was ready that same week which was very surprising to me since it was in there for a transmission replacement, I work at a dealership myself and based on what I see at work I was expecting the job to take at least two weeks.
