He was extremely helpful with explaining what I required today, as well as, what is due next with my service. Also, he offered to clean my car and asked if I had time for the cleaning. He exceeded my customer service expectations and would to point out his exceptional service. I have bought other Nissan vehicles from Cool Springs Nissan, but not this one......I will make sure that I purchase any other future Nissan vehicles from this dealership since my service visit was a great experience. I brought my 2009 350Z into the dealership so that they could check the convertible top Nissan of Cool Springs - Do not trust the service department. I brought my 2009 350Z into the dealership so that they could check the convertible top, it was not opening properly. I also asked them to quote me a price for a new top because I had visible holes in the top. The top quote was really high, so I told them I'd think about it. They quoted my $550 for parts and labor for compression band replacements, which I had them complete. Imagine my surprise when I took the car to another shop and they told me that compression bands were a standard part of a convertible top replacement. So, within a 3 week time frame I replaced the compression bands twice. This omission of information has caused me a large amount of money and stress. I contacted the dealership, they said that they'd call me back - I have yet to hear from them. Shame on them. Totally untrustworthy and shady More

Win/Win Traded my 2012 Altima lease in for a 2015 Altima Purchase..was way over on miles and still had remaining payments. Bait and switch Was asked if wanted oil changed for $29.95. After work was done was charged $13.50 extra to dispose of the oil. The rep gave me $5.00 off but still ended up paying $38.45 plus tax. When I confronted him about it he said that I should have known that I would be charged that since everyone does it. I have never been charged more than the quoted price for oil disposal. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I will not go back to them. More
Eric and London both went out of there way to make sure I was taking care of..I have dealt with several other Nissan dealerships and Nissan Of Cool Springs has been by far the best!! Went in for my 30k service and worked with Jennifer the service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my c service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my car there when it was not the "auto mall" but now the service department seems to have gotten it together. I like the place, I'll be back. More
My experience with the dealership was amazing... i was actually pleasantly surprised at the service and help with my car. With temperatures in the 30's, my drivers side window would not roll up. i took it in without an appointment and i was shuttled to work, once they looked at the car they realized it would need a part that wouldn't be in until the next day Without hesitation i was given a rental car and sent on my way.... as promised the next day my car was ready, and cleaned. WOW.... what amazing service... it was all about my schedule and how i was going to get around in this weather!! thank you! Regina More
