I called and scheduled an transmission fluid flush and they gave me a price of $240.00. When I arrive they told me that it would be $299.00. My payoff quote from Nissan Financial was the same as my contractual payoff when I first signed for the lease. They had the same payoff amount listed on my paperwork. I get a call several days later saying my payoff was $824 more than what was in my paperwork and that I needed to come in and pay the difference. I said I wasn’t going to pay that because I already signed a contract, my original contract said my payoff was the same as my payoff quote and what the dealership told me. He said I know I’ve never seen this before but you have to come in and pay it. I again said no I will not and he said that my contract would be terminated if I didn’t. I told him to send me the paperwork to review and he said I had to come in, which I would not come in. Then I told him to send it to me and I would have my lawyer review it. Haven’t heard from them since. I called Nissan Financial directly a few hours after and they told me that my payoff quote would have been the same number as I the one I signed for and that they would have no idea where the extra $824 came from! I’ve also had where the sales person was basically calling me an idiot. When I went to purchase my lease, they said the purchase fee was $500 and told me I was wrong when I said it was $300. I had to show them in writing it was $300 for them to change it. And they acted like they had no idea how it was $500 and not $300. And lastly, their doc fee is $300 more than most dealerships in the area. More
