The purchasing of the vehicle was very smooth. When it retains to the leadership, management, and ownership of their automobiles they lack to stand behind their vehicles. Folks at registers / counters are not bothered about the customer. They are on phone and not bothered about customer waiting at their desk and at least not sending to others who are idle and just making us customer. I simply dread going into car dealerships to buy a car. It literally makes my brain hurt! I walked in to Cumming of NISSAN fully expecting the same experience. Me and my sister were greeted by the client advisor Evan Boggs. He acknowledged us and said he would be with us shortly. He kept his word and returned within 10 minutes. He listened to all our wants and needs, including budget and delivered superbly! Then we met with Avery the finance business advisor and he made the process seamless! I would highly recommend Cumming of NISSAN. I am on my ninth NISSAN and I’ll be back in three years after my lease is up to work with them again. If you prefer not to have your brain hurt, you should run to this dealership! More
